Internet is like a drug, then how much is too much?

when the internet becomes something that someone depends upon for everything then the person is not mindful of the fact that he/she is doing to much. when the individual looks on porn, chats all of the time with friends that is not of importance or even when the individual plagiarize people work from the internet and pretend as if it is their own work then that i believe is too much . i say give credit to the author therefore make a reference.
